Although most coffee shops shutter within their initial five years, Chris has successfully run his for seven. His coffee roasting adventure commenced in 2016, employing a heat gun and a dog bowl, dedicating 30 minutes to roast beans for just one cup of coffee. In 2018, his journey led him across the country to purchase a roaster capable of managing 2 pounds per batch. By 2021, he obtained a loan to acquire a larger roaster, one that could handle 13 pounds at once.
